video tape collection

Hello all

Really Rubbish HQ have been extremely busy collecting the hundreds and thousands of VHS tapes all of last week and we are absolutely amazed and surprised by the number that were collected!!

We would like to say well done to each and every school that participated in this exciting competition, and we must say this must have been one of the most exciting and successful competitions of all times!  The winning school will be revealed soon as soon as we have finished counting!!

Here’s a picture of the children at Howells Girls School, Cardiff busily collecting the video tapes!

Remember video tapes, as well as other forms of media ie CD's, dvd's etc, can be disposed of by taking them to the Media banks @ your local HWRC (Household Waste Recycling Centre - for a list of your local HWRC visit www.cardiff.gov.uk)
